Rock Like This pres.. Antiform (NZ) – March 23rd, 2008

The Breakbeat and Drum and Bass group Antiform (Josh, Luke and Brendon) are creating a storm overflowing across the Tasman. Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, the boys have armed themselves with epic, bass-driven, melodic riffs and a floor storming live show that sends crowds into a feeding frenzy. You’ll find synths, samplers, wicked scratching and maybe even some live guitar at any of their shows. They are among the first picked to headline any major festival (Future Music, Phat08 NYE, Summerdayze, Godskitchen, Our House, Slinky, Groove in the Park, Highlife Entertainment and more) that come to town, because they are guaranteed crowd winners.
We are really excited about this gig, it’s great to see some fresh talent from Down Under!! This is the kind of breaks that really should be played to 5000 people in a warehouse somewhere, we couldn’t find a warehouse big enough so we resigned to melbourne stalwart of the clubbing world LOUNGE. The lounge will be different to how you remember it last (if indeed you do remember), with extra decor and visual elements….
