FLIP3k (FLIP / FLIP3000) is proudly raising the flag for Melbourne beats and breaks, working to expand his own local night JUICYLOOPS in conjunction with other respected underground crews and parties, DJs and producers. A driving force behind the ROCK LIKE THIS crew, he upholds residencies at Lounge, Revolver, Brown Alley and frequents guest appearances in clubs and parties throughout Melbourne.

2009 saw success for FLIP in his productions with Jimmy Le Mac (UK) under the moniker ‘WHAT NOW?’ – their debut remix release, breaking the top 40 breaks chart on trackitdown.net, and soon after, 2010 saw more releases on Chipsound Recordings (Spain) and RUN RIOTS’s label, We Are Live Records (UK). Currently, WHAT NOW? are working on their debut EP ‘Made in Melbourne’ on their own label ‘Loophole Recordings’ (set to launch in July 2011) feat. remixes from Melbourne’s best producers. 2011 alone has already seen FLIP support some massive international guests, including Stanton Warriors, Elite Force, Meat Katie, The Freestylers, Slyde, Soul of Man, Freq Nasty, Skool of Thought, Janette Slack, Hexadecimal and Chasing Shdows, just to name a few..
